Always inform us when booking your ticket if you need a seat for a wheelchair or have other seating requirements.

In order to provide you with the best possible service at the theatre, please do not hesitate to inform us in advance of the type of service we can provide during your visit. The main theatre has specially adapted seats for people with reduced mobility. Assistants always go free of charge at our theatre.

Disabled parking and entrance

There are 3 disabled parking spaces just outside the main entrance on Sandögatan. The entrance with a lift is to the left of the main entrance. From the foyer there is a lift up to the upper foyer.

The T-loop

If you have a hearing impairment and want to use the T-loop, you should book seats in rows 3-5 in the main auditorium. Buy tickets via the webshop or ask our box office for more information.

IR system

Works throughout the main theatre. Ask the ushers for the loan of headphones and receivers.

Subtitling

We offer you texting through a borrowed iPhone from us or using your own smartphone, it is of course free. During the performance, you follow the subtitles on the display in your own hand. Read more here.
